What to Include
To help us investigate, please provide as much of the following as you can:
- The page or calculator URL and a short description of the issue.
- The inputs and units you entered, if you used a calculator.
- The result displayed and the result you expected.
- The location and relevant date or billing period, if the issue concerns a rate, program, or other regional information.
- A source link or worked calculation, if available.
You do not need to send a full utility bill. Please do not include account numbers, payment details, or other sensitive personal information.

What Happens Next?
We aim to review credible reports against the relevant source, calculation method, and available evidence. If we confirm a material error, we will address it as appropriate and may add a correction notice or temporarily disable an affected tool while it is reviewed.
